What skills and experience do I need?
You don’t need any previous design or sales experience, our online based, comprehensive training program includes Sales, Marketing and Product training, which will teach you everything you need to succeed.
You'll build a portfolio and learn how to use our software, this will help you manage your business and sales. You’ll benefit from the support of an experienced area manager too.
You'll be invited to on-going training so you stay in the know of product launches and new technology and you’ll also benefit from an online eLearning platform.
What Do Design Consultants Do?
- Conduct in-home design appointments and close related sales, delivering elevated design experiences and creating lifetime customer relationships.
- Develop trend-setting smart home automation design solutions, based on the most affordable and intuitive smart home system in the industry:
- Enable the customer’s expression of her personal style, by designing along side her, using our curated and cohesive product portfolio, comprised of premium materials and hardware.
How much can I earn as a Design Consultant?
Our most successful design consultants make over $100,000.00 a year through customer appointments, depending on whether they work full or part time.
- A full-time, yet flexible, entrepreneurial job, based on working-from-home and rewarding work-life integration, where the designer is in complete command of her/his virtually unlimited earning potential.
- Competitive compensation, based 100% on commission earnings with no cap, ranging from $45,000 per year for less skilled designers to over $100,000 for exceptional designers.
